Ingredients:
500g of gnocchi
200g of mortadella
50g of walnuts
150g spreadable cheese
1 glass of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Water Preparation: Place water in a large pot and bring to a boil.
Cutting the mortadella: Meanwhile, cut the mortadella into strips.
Sauce preparation: In a pan, put the spreadable cheese and add a glass of milk. Turn the heat on low and mix well until the mixture is creamy. When the cheese has completely melted, add the mortadella and mix to combine everything. Turn off the heat and let it rest.
Cooking the pasta: When the water starts to boil, add a pinch of salt and drop in the gnocchi. Cook them for a few minutes, following the instructions on the package, until they are al dente.
Mixing the ingredients: Drain the gnocchi and transfer them directly into the pan with the mortadella and cheese sauce. Also add the chopped walnuts and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Final seasoning: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving: Serve hot and, if desired, add some grated cheese on top.
